Keith Hubbard was recently certified through Microsoft as a MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). The MCSE proves ones expertise with computer desktop, server and networking components.

As Toshiba brand telephones are CommWorld's number one selling telephony product, it is key that our employees are familiar with its functions and capabilities. Internet Security is a high priority among organizations maintaining a computer network, as all are prone to malicious computer viruses, "hackers" and other threats. John Scheffey recently returned from Internet Security Training, which, will ensure a more secure network environment for CommWorld clients, providing them with firewall protection, intrusion detection and VPN (Virtual Private Network) encryption technology.

Over one dozen CommWorld employees enjoy their Panduit Structured Cabling Certification which requires that one must complete the training requirements of a Structured Cabling Course and Optical Fiber training.
The Minika Conference Center, located in Forest, Virginia, provides CommWorld with an excellent training environment for Panduit certifications.

Eric Spangler is from the Roanoke Valley and has been a resident of Lynchburg for 15 years. He joined CommWorld in July as an Account Manager.
Eric holds a BS degree from VCU and has many years of experience in sales and customer service in the fields of pharmaceuticals, insurance and business equipment. He will be representing CommWorld in client development including prospecting, needs analysis and solution implementation.
Eric enjoys spending time with his family as well as boating, water-skiing and biking. He is looking forward to helping improve clients' communications through work here at CommWorld.
Originally from Connecticut, Dave Smith is now a native of Central Virginia. Residing in Bedford City, he joined Commworld in July as a Network Engineer. Dave is a MCSE, CNE and CCNA, with over eight years of experience in the field. His responsibilities for CommWorld include network design, support, and implementation. In his free time, Dave enjoys basketball, weight-lifting, and computers.
